Student physical and mental wellbeing plays a fundamental role in GENERATIONS´ everyday life. For the purpose of promoting physical and mental wellbeing of the students and prepare them for healthy future, GENERATIONS students will be attending a weekly Wellness-lesson where these important life skills are being learned and practiced. Notwithstanding this specific lesson, wellness and healthy living, be it physical or emotional, are concepts and values which are embedded within the entire school life of every student, in all subjects and activities.

For this purpose, the School leverages the professional expertise of both our Finnish faculty and also local staff which have specific interest and training in Wellness concepts, from nutrition to relaxation and emotional management techniques.

The school day is structured in such as way to incorporate certain protocols and procedures which nurture calm, self awareness and the acceptance that support is always available when needed.

Adequate breaks between classes, outdoor classes and activities, close monitoring of each student´s emotional state by both the school management and its faculty are some of the strategies adopted within the Wellness Program.
